Viva Habitat Return Policy
At Viva Habitat, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please carefully review the following information on how to proceed in case of a return or if you receive a damaged package/product.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important: Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@vivahabitat.com to request a return.
- If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
You can always contact us with any return-related questions via our channels.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.
- The package itself is damaged upon arrival.
If the package is damaged, follow these steps:
- Take photos of the package and product.
- Inform the delivery service of the damage and make a note on the delivery receipt when signing. Be sure to take a photo of this as well.
- Important: Delivery companies will not process damage claims unless the issue is reported at the time of delivery.
For damaged goods, notify us immediately – no later than 3 days after delivery – so we can process the claim and assist with compensation. We will do everything possible to help resolve the issue smoothly.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to:
- Return the item you currently have by following the return process outlined above.
- Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.
To qualify:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note: Even under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, you must notify us of your return within 3 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
