At Viva Habitat, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please carefully review the following information regarding delivery times, eligible destinations, and important instructions to ensure a seamless experience.


Delivery Destinations

The countries we deliver to depend on the supplier or brand associated with your order:

  • J-Line, Bazar Bizar, Venture Home, and Goodnight Lights:
    Delivery is available to the following EU countries: Austria (AT), Belgium (BE), Germany (DE), Denmark (DK), Spain (ES), France (FR), Italy (IT), and the Netherlands (NL).

  • Venture Home:
    Additionally, Venture Home delivers to Sweden (SE).

  • Bazar Bizar:
    For Bazar Bizar orders, delivery outside of the listed countries may be possible. If you’re interested in shipping to other destinations, please contact us at contact@vivahabitat.com for a customized shipping quote.

We recommend reaching out to confirm shipping availability and rates for your destination if it is not listed above.


Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the supplier and stock availability:

  • For most items, the standard time is 5–12 days.

For inquiries about specific delivery times for your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at contact@vivahabitat.com.


Important Delivery Instructions

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please:

  • Provide your exact address at checkout.
  • Include any special instructions in the notification field if necessary.
  • Always include your phone number so the delivery service can contact you directly if needed.

Upon Delivery

When your order arrives, we kindly urge that you:

  1. Inspect the package for any visible damage before accepting the delivery.
  2. Take photos of the package and/or the product if damage is visible.
  3. Note any issues on the delivery receipt when signing and take a photo of the receipt.

Important: Claims for damaged goods must be made immediately – no later than 3 days after delivery – to ensure we can process your claim with the courier. Please contact us at contact@vivahabitat.com with all relevant details and photos to report any issues. We can't guarantee claims reported later than within 3 days, because of the couriers policy!
