If you’re looking for expert guidance but aren’t ready for a full staging commitment, our 2-hour Walk & Talk consultation is a fantastic starting point. This option is perfect for homeowners who want professional advice on how to prepare their home for sale but prefer to take action themselves.

During this session, we’ll walk through your property and provide actionable recommendations on what to declutter, remove, or rearrange to enhance your space. From furniture placement to decor updates, we’ll show you how small changes can make a big impact on how potential buyers perceive your home.

  • 2-Hour Walk & Talk Consultation: 250 Euros

Full Staging Process – 4 Hours of Hands-On Staging

For those ready to take a more hands-on approach, we offer a 4-hour staging session designed to transform your home into a buyer-friendly space. After the initial consultation or if you're ready to move forward, we dive straight into staging, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that speaks to prospective buyers.

This service includes:

  • Furniture placement to maximize the potential of each room
  • Accessorizing using your existing furnishings to highlight key features
  • Styling to create a cohesive look and flow throughout the home

Pricing:

  • 4-Hour Staging Session: 450 Euros
  • Down payment: 150 Euros (applies before call out for assessment and will be waived when contracted)
  • Additional Hours: 100 Euros per hour 
  • (Larger Properties might need more hours, please inquire)
  • Assistant (required for larger properties): 50 Euros per hour
  • Furniture & Decor Rentals: Prices based on individual items selected

Step-by-Step Home Staging Process

Step 1: Initial Property Walk-Through & Assessment

We begin with a property walk-through to assess which areas need attention. This initial assessment helps us identify spots that require decluttering, rearranging, or removal. We’ll advise you on how to clear spaces and make the home ready for staging. Homeowners are responsible for carrying out the decluttering (e.g., clearing kitchen counters, closets, etc.). This happens with the initial down-payment of 150 Euros.

Step 2: Full Staging Session

Once you’ve completed the decluttering, repairs, etc. we’ll return for the 4-hour staging session. Our team will rearrange furniture, style the rooms, and add decorative touches using your existing items. If additional furniture or accessories are needed, we’ll discuss options for renting items from our curated selection.

  • On-site staging with expert styling, using the homeowner’s existing furniture and decor.
  • Strategic furniture arrangement to optimize space, flow, and presentation.
  • Guidance on final touches to create an inviting atmosphere.
  • Specific paint color recommendations included (a service valued at €150).

Step 3: Tips for Maintaining the Staging During Viewings

After we’ve completed the staging, we don’t just leave you to manage on your own. We provide personalized maintenance tips on how to easily keep the staged look intact during viewings. With our advice, you’ll be able to make quick adjustments to restore the original staging, all while continuing your everyday life.

Step 4: Additional Rental Furniture & Decor Options

If your home needs extra furniture, artwork, or decor pieces, we offer rental options from our carefully curated collection. We can return to add or swap out items as needed, ensuring your home remains fresh and appealing throughout the selling process.
